I.  Introducción 

Este es el sitio Web de Iteri Solis S. de R. L. de C.V., (En adelante “Iteri Solis”), el cual su objeto es proporcionar unicamente información respecto a los servicios que ofrece (En adelante Sitio Web), con domicilio en Bosque de Cidros 301 D-9 Colonia Bosques de las Lomas, Alcaldia Cuajimalpa de Morelos, Código Postal 05120, Ciudad de México.

Al uso de este Sitio Web  le son aplicables los presentes TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES DE USO, los cuales constituyen el acuerdo de voluntades entre Usted (en adelante Usuario) e Iteri Solis.

Al acceder a nuestro Sitio Web y consultar la información que en el mismo se dispone, se entenderá de manera expresa que el Usuario reconoce haber leído, entendido y en consecuencia esta conforme con los mismos en su totalidad, en caso contrario, le solicitamos abstenerte de acceder a este Sitio Web.

La finalidad principal de estos TERMINOS Y CONDICIONES DE USO, es darle a conocer de manera general las responsabilidades, derechos y obligaciones generadas por el acceso y uso de nuestro Sitio Web.

Le informamos que a través de este Sitio Web, no se genera ninguna compra venta o solicitud de prestación de nuestros servicios, pues estos se realizan a través de nuestro Call Center una vez que nos ha proporcionado sus datos para contacto.

Iteri Solis oferta una serie de servicios, los cuales podran ser contratados de forma directa en nuestro Call Center y no en este Sitio Web, por lo anterior no le solicitaremos realice ningun registro para llevar a cabo la compra de cualquier servicio publicado en nuestro Sitio Web, sino unicamente realizará un registro de sus datos para contacto. En relación con lo señalado Iteri Solis,  no otorga garantía alguna implícita o expresa sobre el funcionamiento de su Sitio Web, ni ofrece garantías por el contenido que el mismo se exhibe.

Asi mismo le informamos que Iteri Solis no llevará a cabo transacciones bancarias en este Sitio Web, por lo que no se le redireccionará a ningún otro sitio o página web para la realización de algún pago.

  1. Propiedad Intelectual.

Este Sitio Web contiene información cuya Propiedad Intelectual le pertenece a Iteri Solis, o bien es está quien ostenta los derechos necesarios para su debida explotación, por lo que se incluye sin limitar derechos de autor, compilaciones, marcas registradas o en trámite, software, aplicaciones, audio, video, imágenes y otros materiales protegidos por las leyes de la materia en México y en el extranjero, así como también contiene elementos propiedad de terceros que han autorizado su uso a Iteri Solis o que han proporcionado dicha información por sí mismos.

VII.- Limites de Responsabilidad.

Iteri Solis no tendrá responsabilidad alguna, señalando en forma enunciativa más no limitativa, en los siguientes casos:

  1. a) Cuando existan fallas técnicas en el Sitio Web, de cualquier naturaleza, que estén fuera de su alcance y control;
  2. b) De la información, ofertas, promociones o comunicaciones provenientes de sitios o páginas electrónicas ajenas a Iteri Solis (especialmente en los casos de links o ligas externas, así como publicidad o banners que aparezcan en el Sitio Web que hagan referencia o conduzcan a sitios de terceros).
  1. c) Cuando el Usuariorealice actividades que vulnen algún derecho de terceros, por su conducta y/o actividades realizadas en el Sitio Web, que de manera enunciativa y no limitativa se refieran a violaciones a la Propiedad Intelectual, incluyendo la publicación o comunicación de materiales ofensivos, engañosos, tendenciosos, difamatorios o violatorios de la legislación que le resulte aplicable.
  1. d) AdemásIteri Solispor ninguna causa será responsable de las pérdidas, daños o perjuicios causados tanto en el hardware o software del Usuario, así como tampoco será responsable por los virus informáticos que afecten el dispositivo del Usuario que haya sido utilizado como consecuencia del acceso y uso del Sitio Web.

VIII. Vigencia
